Public Engagement & Facilitation

At Mon-Win Consulting, we believe that no process should be undertaken TO a community. Good planning must be done WITH the community, and feature true, on the ground engagement from day one. A strength of ours is working with the local team to do a comprehensive assessment of stakeholders and then making a true effort to include all voices. We know that some processes can move faster with less people in the room – but building genuine relationships with stakeholders, including residents, and others that may have historically not been invited to the table is at the heart of what we do. Assessing the issues together and navigating hard conversations can lead to consensus building that results in true, lasting transformation.
